Privacy

Short, because the site collects little. Here is exactly what, why, for how long, and who else sees it.

The estimator

The three inputs you choose are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us. They are saved in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back or open the contact form. Clearing your browser data removes them. Nothing about the estimator identifies you.

The plan call and review forms

When you send a form we receive what you typed: name, email, company, website if given, country, budget, category, what runs today, your message and any referral code, plus the IP address the request came from, which we keep to stop abuse. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the call or the review. It goes to our transactional email provider, Resend, and lands in our mailbox at Google. Nobody else receives it. We keep it for twelve months after our last exchange, or delete it sooner if you ask.

Your name, email and company are also saved in your browser's local storage so the form is prefilled next time. The form shows a way to clear them.

The launch list

If your country is not open yet and you leave an email, it is stored as a contact in Resend with the country you selected. You get one email when your country opens and one with a first campaign plan. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the contact.

Payments

Card payments, when open, are taken by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see your card number. Stripe sends us your name, email, billing address and the amount so we can issue the invoice, and we keep those for as long as tax law requires invoices to be kept.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tracker. If audience measurement is switched on it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare states uses no client side state and does not track visitors over time. Because nothing is written to or read from your device for analytics, no consent banner is shown. The measurement still processes your IP address for a moment on Cloudflare's servers, on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read.

Bot protection

The forms may run a Cloudflare Turnstile check the first time you interact with them. Turnstile decides whether the request looks automated and does not identify you to us. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers what it processes.

Your rights

The operator is established in France and the General Data Protection Regulation applies. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, by sending the contact form with the request in the message. We answer within one month. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.

Changes

This page changes when the site's plumbing changes. The date of the last change is in the page source, and material changes are announced in the launch list email.
